Stúdió-V Ltd. was founded in 2005 as an asset management holding company. The majority of the company’s income comes from the rental of its own properties and from dividends from its business shares in other companies.
Asset management
The company’s asset management activities consist of acquiring shares in companies and exercising the rights associated with ownership. The company’s stake in affiliated companies exceeded HUF 3.5 billion in the recent period. The portfolio consists primarily of companies interested in agricultural activities (Alkotmány Agro Plc., Fűzvölgyi Mezőgazdasági Plc.).
Real estate
In recent years, through systematic acquisitions, Stúdió-V Ltd. acquired a significant share of ownership in an extremely favorable location in Budapest in the center of the city. The apartments in the building opening onto Kossuth Lajos square and Vértanúk square were rented by private individuals, while the spaces for commercial use were rented by retail, catering and financial service companies. In order to utilize the building to a higher degree, the company is planning to develop uniform image of its properties in the near future.
